urgently recruiting for a Head of Sales & Marketing to join their
team in Dubai and head up the Sales and Marketing CIP program in
the Caribbean.

They have global projects in raising capital and restructuring
investments in KSA, Abu Dhabi, the UK and Africa.
As the Head of
Sales and Marketing your Primary Responsibilities will be to:
- Achieve the sales
department?s sales target.- Direct, plan, implement, and monitor all day to day
activities of the sales of the CIP Program in the Caribbean- Representation and
the Marketing of 200 products of a minimum value of $400k.- Ensure that all
sales activities are focused to achieve targets.
As such the Head of
Sales & Marketing will need to work with all areas of operations to
promote and represent the program utilizing marketing, advertising, and public
relations mediums. To maximize the exposure of the CIP Program and to
maintain high standards of work ethics and product promotion you will need to
determine the most effective use of marketing dollars, contracts, and carry out
programs by acting as a liaison with advertising agencies, public relations
firms, exhibitions, and assorted media (print, television, radio, internet).
You will need to
develop a network within financial institutions (Private Banks, Wealth
Managers) to promote and sell the Investment Program. You will also manage and
close leads generated by Silverback Capital Partners.
The ideal candidate
will have worked for Wealth Management companies, Fund Advisors
or have been involved in Sales and Marketing for Life Insurance products
or Luxury Real Estate firms. You will be used to making initial contact
with prospective clients and be a good public speaker.
In reward for you
skills as the Head of Sales and Marketing and dependant on your
experience you will be rewarded with a basic Tax Free Salary from 6K to
7K USD plus commission of up to 5% for each deal completed.
