On behalf of a multinational client
we are looking to hire a Talent Management Consultant for their busy
Riyadh head office.
• Act as a reference point to draft
company policies and procedures in coordination with the concerned department.
• Communicate the drafted policies
and procedures with the HR & Compliance Director to obtain feedback and
comments
• Evaluate business initiatives to
determine the appropriate organizational effectiveness interventions needed to
meet organizational goals
• Support the Human Resources
& Corporate Compliance Director in coaching and organisation
development services in consultation with executive leaders and senior managers
to implement organization improvement initiatives and assure alignment with
companies strategic plans
• Monitor the performance management
system and take corrective actions on employee development based on performance
rating
• Ensure all departments are
following the standard performance management system in place to avoid any
deviation in the evaluation process
• Ensure training of performance
goals settings, monitoring performance and formal and informal reviews to
ensure the consistency of performance system
• Process annual bonus and merit
increases according to the compensation and benefits framework
