We're looking for a senior HR
professional to lead the HR & Administration for the company's
manufacturing and supply chain sector (Product Supply) across Saudi and future
green-lands in the region.
Our candidate will be reporting to the General Manager
of Product Supply, and should have strong know-how in HR latest practices as
well as a proven track record of hands-on experience in managing HR agenda and
organizational compliance and projects at all sites.
Duties & responsibilities:
- Carry out HR projects as directed
by GM-Product Supply or Group HR
- Facilitate performance appraisal
though communicating the approved templates / formats and timescales
- Facilitate with Learning &
Development the training of all managers on Performance Management System
- Review and calibrate ratings with
department heads and GM-PS
- Manage the bottom 10% of
performers alongside line-managers
- Recruiting/Selection - meet
business needs of required manpower in coordination with Group HR
- Nationalisation - ensure
nationalization targets are met in coordination with Group HR
- Track and follow up on People
Development programmes in coordination with Group HR
- Disciplinary Process Management of
the Disciplinary process alongside company policy across PS function
- Investigations - manage
investigations and recommend course of actions to Discipline Committee
- Grievances - investigate and
manage any formal employee grievances
- Carry out focus groups in areas
identified as a risk through high attrition or other metric
- Conduct annual pulse surveys to
measure employee satisfaction & engagement levels. Analyse Survey results
& develop necessary action plan to address findings involving line
management.
- Facilitate the annual merit review
process in coordination with Group HR
- Oversee and review the internal
promotion process
- Ensure the timely and accurate
provision of monthly payroll
- Collating and production of a HR
dashboard containing key HR metrics
- Analyse issues raised in the
dashboard and implement appropriate solutions to solve identified problems
- Ensure compliance with both
government regulations and company policy
- Ensure suppliability of
sub-contractors to maintain cleaning as well other supporting activities
- Ensure maintaining high level of
security across PS functions
- Set and maintain a high standard
of work environment as well as company compounds.
- Manage issuance and renewal of
Municipality Health Card
- Generate detailed and summary
reports as needed
- Any other tasks required by the GM
related to PS organization
