Applicants are invited for the
position of Digital Media Corrdinator at Niagara College KSA This position has
a duration of 12 months, with possibility of renewal, and with a start date of
as soon as possible. It is
expected that the incumbent be flexible in terms of
hours of work and maintain confidentiality, diplomacy and tact regarding
internal and external relations.
Responsibilities Reporting to the
Senior Manager - Student Services, Recruitment and Marketing, the Digital Media
Coordinator is responsible for:
Social Media
• Execute day-to-day social media
initiatives; including posting content and developing strategies to improve
user engagement and drive action across all major channels - Facebook, Twitter,
Google+, Youtube etc.
• Interact with the student
population to gage their interests for potential campaigns
• Create and maintain a social media
calendar for short-term viral initiatives and long-term brand campaigns.
• Manage and maintain the monitoring
and analytics systems to track social media engagement and results, and create
social media reports for Management.
• Create and monitor effective
benchmarks for measuring the impact of social media programs. Analyze, review
and report on effectiveness of campaigns in an effort to maximize results.
• Monitor customer online reviews
and respond accordingly.
• Monitor trends in Social Media
tools, applications, channels, design and strategy.
Websites
• Act as a gateway to keep websites
up to date in both Arabic and English.
• Use Social Media to direct traffic
to the websites and analyze it.
• Translate any new material that
should be add to the websites.
